When I purchased my Ultra Blower Vac, the first time I used it the canvas bag was sewn close to the seam and was unraveling. I called customer service and they immediately sent me a new canvas bag. That's what I call excellent customer service.

I bought this unit to replace my old Craftsman unit. I wanted a blower/vac as I like to vacuum up most of the leaves in my yard instead of blowing them around. I like the feature of the variable speed as you can increase the speed when the leaves are wet and heavier to pick up. Although the cord sometimes gets in the way it is still better than getting a battery operated unit as the charge time doesn't last long. Would definitely buy again, hopefully not for awhile.

This blower has lots of power. The button allows the amount of power needed to be adjusted, but isn't as easy to use one handed. I hope it lasts longer than the one season my last did.
