Had a gas powered blower in the country. Now that I live in the city and have a smaller property I find the Ultra Blower to be ideal. Starts every time with no effort.

The Toro UltraPlus model that we wanted was sold out everywhere. So, we "settled" for this model. I am SO glad we did! The Toro UltraPlus blower/vacuum/mulcher is an excellent tool. I was impressed with the power of the blower and the vacuum. We even had a wet layer of leaves underneath and the Toro UltraPlus handled them with ease. The plastic pieces are heavy duty - high quality. It is easy to switch out the blower and the vacuum. It takes a little time to get used to holding/moving the Toro UltraPlus and managing the bag. But with a little practice everything went smoothly. I love the Toro UltraPlus blower/vacuum/mulcher!

This is the third Toro Ultra Blower electric (wired) leaf blower that I have purchased over the past 12 years. It does everything that I want it to do and use a retractable 100 foot electric cord to power it. I was looking at cordless ones, but to match the power of this Toro on cordless creates a very heavy tool to lug around. If you are careful with it, and can live with a cord of 100 feet or less on your property, this is the one to get. It has variable speed, which most others do not, and a metal impeller that avoids breaking if you do some light vacuuming. Although you can vacuum with this, I find that feature as not very useful, except in small areas to clean up. Be careful through as the plastic case can be damaged if dropped.

Great Tool

We have had this three years and it has had heavy use. We have a big yard with lots of leaves/sticks. This thing blows them into a like easily and the sucks them up and pulverizes them for easy bagging. Would buy it again if it broke today! Well worth the money!

shoulder strap

I have a dedicated blower, so I got this just for the vacuuming aspect. It does a very good job of vacuuming and mulching leaves but there is no padding on the shoulder strap, and it really digs in when the bag is just starting to get full.

Bags are poorly made

I bought my unit on July 24. I’ve only bagged up leaves a few times and zipper is already broken. The zipper is coming and stitched from the cloth. Do you think they could figure this out with stronger thread
