i used the vacuum function to do Spring yard cleanup. Leaves in corners, etc, were vacuumed up and shredded. I spread the mulch around my plants. I’m a 70 year old woman and the blower was a little heavy, but manageable. I was able to assemble it with no problem.

This is my second Toro blower. My first one lasted over 20 years. It probably would have lasted a lifetime if I had not dropped it repeatedly.i expect this one to last just as long if not longer. I love the new feature in this model to have the ability to adjust the airflow from ridiculously strong to extra low. It helps eliminate mulch from blowing away while still eliminating debris.
The included accessories gives me the ability to tackle any job I have. High highly recommend this blower.

Great product...for the barely a year that it lasted

Purchased in December 2017 (18 months ago), used it maybe 5 times. Yesterday, while blowing leaves (not vacuuming, mulching, etc.) it just died. I thought someone unplugged me or I blew a breaker. I'm just glad I found my receipt so I will be returning it as soon as I'm able.
Pros: has more than enough power
Cons: doesn't do well with damp or wet leaves, a bit cumbersome

Doesn't really mulch your leaves. Most of what you pick up are bagged as whole leaves. Needs a sharper blade and more power. Plan on buying 100 to 150 feet in extension cord; cost more than the equipment. Very inefficient in picking up leaves out of grass or mulch. The bag ripped; had to replace. The strap on the bag is very uncomfortable.
Pros: color is nice.

Get rid of that broom and rake and treat yourself. You deserve to enjoy your patio without spending precious minutes sweeping the leaves. Do it.

Good blower, cheap blade

I used my Toro blower/ vac only once when a rock must have hit the blade and broke it. The blade is zinc alloy, a relatively brittle metal. I hope i can buy a steel replacement part.
