so far it's a good product. i have noticed that it doesn't fully pull in all grass and leaves as when i shut it off, some of the grass falls out of the vacuum. still getting use to it.

I enjoyed the easy and efficient use of the Ultra Blower Vac. I purchased Model No. 51619 S/N 319190190.Ultra Blower Vacuum, but the following item was not in the box after I opened it and laid out all the items. What was missing, I think> was the Power Nozzle. I have the Concentrator Nozzle but I am unable to incorporate into the Blower tube, I slid the Concentrator Nozzle into the Blower Tube but the Concentrator Nozzle only goes so far and will not extend out of the front of the Blower Tube.
1. Will I receive a new Power Nozzle from you or the company?
2. Would you please send me instructions on how to install the Concentrator Nozzle into the Blower tube.

One season wonder!

I've owned two of these. The first one lasted five years but the speed control started to go out after two years. Luckly it still operated on high speed so I lived with it. Eventually it bit the dust. Replaced it last year with same model only to have this one just quit after one season. Its not like I use this everyday, blow the driveway occasionally and leaves in the fall. I won't be rewarding Toro with another purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only problem I have is that the blower and vaccum last much longer than the vacuum bag, which rotted out due to getting wet (and straps broke off), both after ~5 years of use. But good till then.

i don't know what the deal is afriend gave it to me cause mine other blower was in a fire. this thing turns on and blows and sounds good and the propeller is good and turns freely but you have to be a foot away to blow a leaf. i know this isn't a help me page but i cant get any answers from anywhere.

It sounds like your machine may not be getting enough power. We always recommend using a 12 or 14 gauge outdoor cord to ensure enough power gets to the motor. If you would like further assistance, give us a call at 888-384-9939. We're happy to help!
