as i watch my neighbors rake and pile leaves on to tarps to drag them out to the street, i effortly blow my leaves in a pile. With in one minute i change the adaptors and i'am mulching a few hundred pounds of leaves in minutes. job done... all i have to say is that i love this thing....

Have just bought it and have only used it for part of the afternoon. It seems to have decent power but I haven't been impressed with the variable speed control; it skips from medium to high speed too easily.
Pros: powerful
Cons: heavy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall, I am happy with this latest model (this is my third one) but once again the Debris Collection Bag has a hole AFTER 2 WEEKENDS!

As I mentioned, I like this product as I have purchased this model for a third time. The blower seems quieter and a bit more powerful.
Leaf vacuum seems much more powerful and the collection bag design is a big improvement, placing the zipper at the bottom which makes it much easier to empty into a bag or can.
BUT, after only 2 weekends, a hole appeared in the bag. I may have to look elsewhere next time. Having to replace a bag which costs roughly a third of an entire new unit doesn't sit well with me.
Other than the bag I would recommend this product.

I wanted a leaf blower/vacuum that would make it easier to do fall clean up. This item was recommended by a friend and I am very pleased that I purchased it. It is powerful and easy to use. I like the adjustable speed. As a senior citizen I like the ease of use.

At first I thought it would be hard to change from blower to vacuum, but it's very easy. The unit has more than enough power. I am pleased with my purchase.
Pros: easy to go from blower to vacuum, blower is very strong
Cons: the bag system could be easer to work with

I purchased this product last fall to vacuum the leaves in my yard and it worked great. Just plugged it in and now it doesn't work. I read a few reviews about the switch having problems and it sound like I have a similar issue. Too bad I'll have to toss this in the garbage. DON'T PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT SOMETHING TO LAST MORE THAN ONE USE!

This unit is more powerful than the unit it replaced

As a long time user of Toro products, both lawn mowers and ultra vac blowers, I was impressed with the power and ease of use of this blower. On the flip side, it replaced an identical Toro unit that failed after less than a year of use ( would not shut off ), and I appreciated the no hassle warranty replacement that was provided.
Pros: powerful motor, light weight, warranty
