[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where the plug attaches to the extension cord it caught on fire. Extension cord is 10A, 125V & 1250W. Was using as a vacuum. Do you have a reason?
We bought the blower/Vac 11/8/20 it works great as expected, as does our Toro lawn mower....However the top zipper on the leaf broke after 1 season of use. Very dissappointed, we didn't expect to replace the bag after 1 season use, Expected better from Toro.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry you had a bad experience with your 51619 vacuum bag. Luckily, your machine has a 2-year full warranty. Any of our Authorized Service Dealers can inspect, repair and replace your machine if necessary to get you back up and running. You can always visit Toro.com/locator to find a dealer in your area.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife bought this for Me at Christmas of 2009 and I'm still using it.. Works great as a blower but I use mostly for a Vacuum. Picks up leaves and small sticks and acorns, Highly Recommend Toro Products. Mine is a model 51519 same as this one shown
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Toro leaf blower. I primarily use this new one to mulch leaves around my deck. Noticed right off that it is quieter and does a better job at sucking up leaves then the previous similar model. Happy with the purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does not pick up and mulch wet leaves. It works well in dry only.

Hello, Lanie. We appreciate you taking the time to review your Ultra Leaf Blower. Your owner's manual does go over not to vacuum anything except dry leaves and soft items like grass. Wet leaves are not recommended. In addition, hard items such as sticks, rocks, acorns, and pine cones can damage the impeller. You can access your complete online manual by going to Toro.com/parts, entering your five-digit model number, then clicking on the correct range of serial numbers for your product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first Toro blower lasted 9 years and control knob failed; second lasted 4 years and motor failed. Just bought 3rd one. Still a good product for the task and for the money. No battery powered blower competes with it, yet.
Powerful, as well as, being Lightweight...5-Stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the power & convenience of this blower. It makes quick work of clearing my yard (and fenced in pool area) of the leaves my 1 oak and 2 maple trees so generously deposit every autumn. Being an older gal, I am delighted to longer worry about making a trip to purchase fuel or having to re-charging batteries before the job is completed.....just plug it in and it's ready to provide all the time & power I need to complete the job. Easy to handle and lightweight.
