Doesn’t work

I bought this blower early last fall and it didn’t even make it through the whole season. By the end of November it had stopped working. It just doesn’t turn on. When it worked it was great but I’m so disappointed in the poor quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We suggest ensuring that the bottom inlet cover or vacuum tube is locked in place, verifying the safety tab is not damaged on the inlet cover or the vacuum tube, and ensuring that the power cord is secured in place on the back of the blower and that the plug is fully seated. If this doesn't help, you can search for local authorized service dealers at Toro.com/locator so you can take your blower in for warranty inspection and repair.

I’m on my fourth Toro Leaf Ultra blower/vacuum, so I’m underwhelmed with the durability. With each replacement I have been increasingly careful not to suck up damp leaves or dirt. But the last time my unit died, it was on blower mode. The reason I have replaced it with the same model was because of the interchangeable parts. I’m keeping my fingers crossed this time will be the charm and it will give me better service.

Great product! Like the small changes made like the cord holder and the smoother control knob.

We bought this blower on 2-9-2020. We used the blower very minimally (once every couple months) and today (2-27-2022) we plugged it in to use it and it no longer works. Just over 2 years and the blower doesn't work!! Unbelievable. Last Toro product we will ever purchase.

When using as a blower, the bottom inlet cover must be locked in place for the motor to turn on. For the vacuum feature, the same is true for the vacuum tube. If these tips don't get the tool operating again, you have the option of taking it to an Authorized Service Dealer for inspection. A list of dealers in your area can be generated by visiting Toro.com/Locator.

Also the cord attachment works great to prevent damage. It’s also a lot lighter than I expected. Overall a great purchase!
