The only reason I give it a 4 star instead of 5 is because a 12 cup capacity was desires. That being said, I love the on-demand option and the multiple strength settings. Also, it is just a GOOD looking product.

We didn’t want a coffee maker that uses pods. I am so happy we got this instead. One feature I am most impressed with, is the quality of the reusable filter!

Coffee maker stopped working

Coffee maker sat in box for about a year. We've now used it and loved it for about another year. Immediately after the latest descaling cycle, the coffee maker no longer brews coffee. Water just sits in the reservoir and the maker just appears to be "thinking" without working. Have trouble shot per directions and with no result.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Drip Coffee brews coffee flavorfull

Love this coffee maker! It makes coffee to a delicious flavor compared to the lesser brands. Also great customer service! GE replaced the coffee maker with ease when troubleshooting didn't resolve the issue. Highly recommend it!!
