Great Features

We received this coffee maker as a gift. After using it we have found that it makes a quality cup of coffee and has a much richer flavor than our previous pot. It is easy to clean and we currently have had no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not only is this coffee maker a beautiful addition to our home coffee bar, it makes the perfect pot of coffee every time. We love the gold setting!

It’s not black

Coffee machine works great and is pretty for an appliance but the picture is misleading. It’s not matte black, more like matte dark grey. We’ll keep it as it’s much better than our old machine but I wish they had not advertised it as black. I took a photo next to my actually black thermos for reference.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only wish the water reservoir was removable for ease of cleaning + making the pieces dishwasher safe would have been a great design feature as well. I!ll update after I’ve had a month or so to see how well I like it after repeated use.

Not only is this coffee maker gorgeous, but it brews a great cup of coffee. Had a little hiccup with our first, but customer service was amazing and sent us a new replacement immediately. Unparalled!

Excited about the new unit

Excited to see how much better my coffee is now that I have this fancy machine. I used it once so far, it was nice. I just hope that it runs properly for many years. Hard to give quality reviews on a product that I just received. I only wouldn’t recommend this to a friend because I haven’t had the opportunity to use it for very long, but I also wouldn’t not recommend it either. I’m all excitement right now, verdict is out on if my excitement leads to satisfaction or sadness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
