Love this coffee pot.

We are coffee snobs and we love the way this pot brews our coffee. Controls are simple and easy to use. The pot itself is beautiful, which is not something I ever really appreciated in a coffee pot before. My only wish was that the water tank was removable so that I didn’t have to use something separate to fill it.

Overpriced terrible product

I have had this coffee maker which isnt cheap less than 6 months and now whenever I try to brew coffee it says I need to add water, which I dont. I have turned it on and off, cleaned it out, descaled it, and nothing works, and of course there is no number you can call for a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent coffee!!!

Looks great and makes an excellent tasting cup of coffee. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't like the 'open' top to the pot. You cannot pour a cup until the brew process is complete, but it is also an opening into the pot (and I worry about itty bugs somehow crawling in there).
I would recommend this to a friend!

No complaints accept it’s over the top pricey. It’s Beautiful! Works great. And the features makes you want to make coffee for every guest whether they want it or not Lol!

Got an upgrade for the very wasteful keurig. This didn’t disappoint. Makes a fantastic cup of coffee and easy to clean and maintain.
