Just opened. Brewing = water all over counter

No water even makes it to the brew basket. I can't imagine what user error would result in this. However, I will reach out for help via the contact us page. So far, while very attractive, not impressed.

Sleek and beautiful

Had a different coffeemaker that failed within a month of buying, and was going to replace with the same brand until I saw this! Matte black finish, copper accents blend beautifully with my new granite countertops. The carafe keeps the coffee nice and hot without "cooking" it for hours. Lots of nice features, including ability to program and start through the internet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Design is gorgeous, but it’s a bit awkward to use

I love the aesthetics and quality of the brew so much I’m willing to put with a significant flaw with it. Both the water and the coffee sections open upwards. And it’s already a tall machine. Which means that if you have upper cabinets you can’t lift the lids and access the compartments. So every morning we pull it to the edge to fill with water and coffee. Then we have to remember to open up both compartments to dry. And then sometime mid-day we shove it back under the cabinets so it’s out of the way. All of this may not seem like a major hassle, but it’s annoying to have to deal with it three times in one day. Unfortunately, our kitchen design doesn’t provide us with a usable location that doesn’t have upper cabinets (not placing it on my free-standing island).

Best Coffee Maker

A beautiful, arrogant, prestigious-looking coffee maker with great-tasting coffee. Wifi connection allows for control and notification. The flexibility of controlling the taste and temperature makes it a private laboratory to search for the best-tasting coffee.

This is the drip coffee maker I’ve always wanted

I love my drip coffee—I wanted a nice machine that wasn’t an espresso machine…nothing with pods and nothing complicated. This is it. It looks beautiful on my counter, and after messing with the settings several times, I have found my perfect settings. The carafe doesn’t keep coffee piping hot, and I don’t let the coffee sit there long enough for that to bother me. Most importantly—NO MORE BURNED COFFEE IN THE CARAFE! Of note, the color of the unit is NOT matte black—it is more of a medium charcoal color. It’s fine, and I would have preferred actual black. All in all, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Don’t forget to get yourself some extra water filters—they are available on this site also.

Beautiful product, great coffee!

This machine is beautiful and makes amazing coffee. I love it, the sleek design complements any kitchen space and the machine is very easy to use and set up. The only flaw I have seen so far is that when brewing large amounts of coffee (like 10 cups) the shower that water comes out of gets coffee grinds all over it requiring it to be cleaned. This hasn't been an issue for brews of 5-7 cups which I do most frequently. Overall, not a big downside - this coffee machine is still one of the best one could possibly get.
