If you can't use purified water don't buy it, doesn't matter how often you change filters, always giving errors and causing issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Coffee Maker

Let’s start with what I consider to be the most important thing: it makes an excellent cup of coffee. Additionally it has enough adjustability to provide you control when you switch beans or have different tastes any given day.
It’s flexible, the controls are easy to use both on the machine and in the app, and it’s beautiful.
All around, a great machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Makes the best coffee.

Great product. This is our 2nd one. The cat knocked the 1st one off the counter and destroyed it.

Stylish and makes great coffee

I just got this coffee maker a couple weeks ago, but I’m really enjoying it and all of its features. It makes the coffee taste smooth and rich and less acidic. I like using the automatic feature as well as the gold feature. A couple downsides are that even at 205°F, I still prefer a hotter cup of coffee. And if you make 2 cups or under, it’s a little bit difficult to pour. I got the matte black, but in person it’s more of a matte gray. Otherwise, I am enjoying this coffee maker. I like that it has the option for reusable and disposable coffee filters.
I would recommend this to a friend!
