Great features and design.

We replaced our coffee maker due to water leaking from the water tank. This Cafe has far exceeded expectations with perfect brewed coffee. The color is rich brown and taste delicious. I highly recommend this product.

Cheaply made

beautifully designed coffee maker, however the copper handle is a cheap coating that flakes off. It’s chipping so much that I’ve cut my hand on the chipped “paint” multiple times. Wouldn’t recommend.

Best I’ve owned!

Absolutely love this coffee maker. My favorite features are that you can brew it piping hot and the app/WiFi feature. I’m one of those that like my coffee ready when I wake up. I schedule the week days for 5 minutes before my alarm goes off (which you can have a different time for each day if desired) and weekends, when I wake up, open app and turn on. It’s truly my favorite coffeemaker I’ve ever owned. Gave one to my sister and my daughter for Christmas.

This is a great machine, but I want to purchase more of the disposable paper filters that came with it when I bought it. Not the carbon filters for the water tank, but the optional paper filter that can go inside of the permanent one. Thank you

Stopped working 1 year & 1 week later

For the price it should last longer than 1 year. Strongly dislike the planned obsolescence on this. Literally stopped working the same month purchased 1 yr later. Customer service on the phone said they would replace it and I would get an email. I got an email they would not replace it because warranty expired. I even emailed them my order proof. I also don’t like it because it takes too much counter space since it’s not a narrow design. Has to sit sideways on the counter nor does it keep the coffee warm. I would not spend the money on this coffee maker again. Drew Barrymore has nicely designed kitchen appliances for quarter of price. I spent my 4th of July weekend troubleshooting it through their generic mobile app. The link in the other reviews with the same issue does not work. I have nothing nice to stay about the price, lack of function and service received.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth the money!

I was skeptical to spend this much on a coffee maker but we love it! It’s easy to use, coffee brews extremely fast, and it stays warm in the carafe for hours.
