Perfect Brew Each Time

Better thank expected product! The look and feel of the machine is crafted solid and works better than other drip coffee makers I've owned. The function of the coffee maker to bloom the grounds and brew at the perfect temp is a coffee lovers dream come true.

I love the carafe feature. Making 2-10 cups is precise, easy, and delicious. The coffee keeps hot for several hours without acquiring a strong acidic after taste.

Looks Great, but WiFi doesn't work.

I currently have 6 appliances connected to Alexa. This coffee maker will not connect to Alexa. Two hours on the phone with tech support and they could not get it connected either.

Pretty to look at...not to drink.

I love all things GE, best experiences with them. I couldn't wait to get this and have my first really, really good cup of coffee. Three days going and I still haven't had that. I'm so disappointed. I haven't given up entirely. I'm still playing around with settings but so far I have not had a good cup of coffee...

Ease of use!

We have had this elegant product for only a couple days and the ease of use for setup to brew is unimaginable! Set your time, date and let the machine do the work. Highly recommend if you are into choosing your own coffee time and boldness for a great pour every time!

Mostly good but the really only complaint I have is the mess it makes with 10 cups on the water shower and then after completing the cycle, it still drips coffee for a while and makes a mess after carafe is removed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
