Amazing consistency when brewing coffee.

Making coffee every morning now puts an even bigger smile on my face. There is only one downside and that the lip on the kettle could have been improved to allow last few ounces of coffee to pour out easier.

Copper detail peeled off

I like the coffee maker overall however after having it for a month the copper detail is already peeling off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall i'm satisfied with the Cafe Coffeemaker. I gave it a 4 star for the following reasons:
Would have liked if the unit had a warming plate. The carafe itself stay luke warm. I like my coffee hot, therefore I have to reheat in the microwave..

2nd - The water reservoir requires you to keep the lid open after brewing otherwise the steam builds up around the container leaving a smell. You need to dry the reservoir out. Not certain if the filter is supposed to stay wet. Overall, coffee brews quickly and tastes good. The unit itself is compact and attractive. I purchased the grey unit.

Beautiful and Functional

Not only is this beautiful to look at, but it is also easy to use. But most importantly, it brews an amazing cup of coffee even if you are using mediocre store brand pre-ground stuff. I'm not a coffee connoisseur about beans and grinds, but what I do want is my coffee hot and strong and this has done the job with at least 4 different types of coffee so far. I It is set to the hottest temp and Gold and haven't been disappointment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great look, coffee not hot just warm

Unfortunately this coffee maker doesn’t brew the coffee warm enough and it also lacks the ability to keep it warm. I have to microwave every cup. Great if you want iced coffee!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The thermal carafe retains the heat of the coffee for a minimum of 1 hour after brewing as there is no warming plate with this style of carafe. You may want to preheat the inside of the carafe and your cup by running them both in hot water prior to starting the brew cycle to help keep your coffee warm.
