The set up was super easy. Coffee still isn't as hot as I would like it, but I haven't tried the temperature feature yet, so that's on me. Other than that it makes really good coffee. Another feature I like is being able to see the amount of water. or if I put water in the reservoir.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The look is sleek. Love the craft pot. Keeps the coffee very hot for a long while IF you rotate the lid to close the opening. I just figured that out no where in the instructions manual. We like the control of how strong it brews. We have had it about a month so jury is still out.

Love the coffee, unfortunately the carafe is already peeling on the handle and bottom. For the price of this machine, it’s unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good looks, poor longevity

Product failed after 1-1/2 years of use (1pot per day). Error codes and “Add H2O” messages when the reservoir is full. Tried all the recommended troubleshooting to no avail. I expected a lot more for the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great looking coffee maker. I like that it appears to wet the coffee grounds before it starts heating the water. Recent information about this is that if you get the grounds wet first, it makes better coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I read alot about how I shouldn't get this. But out of the box its sharp looking. It looks just as good if not better than the pictures(I got the stainless). I don't believe it feels cheaply made. Everything works as it should and the setup I thought was easy. So far it seems pretty solid. I guess it's like everything, some have defects but I haven't encountered anything from the one I received. My wife loves it and I think it's pretty awesome looking. I gave 4 stars to start. I will update in the near future but so far I really like it
