Works great and coffee tastes great. I like the different settings it has for how you want it brewed. Also super easy to set up the time and pre-set for your coffee to be brewed at a future time

Beautiful coffee maker with great features and easy cleaning/descaling process. Absolutely love it except the digital clock has lost some of it’s lights which makes it hard to read the time and schedule brewing. I’m hoping to get parts to fix this or get the coffee maker replaced with a new one.

Stopped Working Just Short of a Year

We love this coffee pot. It looks great in our kitchen and brews a nice cup of coffee. Just short of a year and it is now giving an error code that it needs more H20 despite the reservoir being full of water. After cleaning and following troubleshooting, still no coffee. It is disappointing for the price point that it only lasted a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend resetting your coffee maker by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, we recommend taking advantage of your limited warranty. You can view your warranty details on page 16 of the Owner's Manual at the link below.
