Looks great, but not my favorite

Wouldn’t purchase again. Makes good coffee but had to send my first machine back because on 10 cups it backed up and overflowed. Wanted a refund but could only get a replacement. I’m not taking any chances so not pushing to 10 cups again. The good news is this one seems to brew and keep hotter in carafe than the first one.

This is a really good looking machine. It’s it really sucks that it doesn’t work. I said the water temperature at 2:05 it worked fine for a little while. Now the water is cold. It’s growing coffee with cold water. It’s a piece of crap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Style & Function

This product matches our kitchen. Coffee stays warmer longer. Insulation is great. I've had one of these before. The only downside is the handle starts peeling after long use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
