Buyer Beware! 6 mo old machine quit working.

Buyer beware. Coffee maker quit working less than 6 months after purchase. Just shuts off as soon as you press the brew button. Contacted Support and they confirmed that they will replace the machine, which is great. BUT, they are slow to respond (due to reported high volumes of requests). The machine has to be returned (shipped) before they will send a new machine. In the meantime, I'm grouchy as I haven't had home brewed coffee in over two weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is a really nice looking machine. I have not had a chance to use all of the features (wifi) yet. It is pretty straight forward to use. The only "downside" is that it is quiet and I can't always tell if it is brewing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely the best coffee maker ever! It has a sleek look, very modern. Direction booklet, explains explicitly how to set the coffee maker to do what you desire. Temperature Setting-(how cool is that?) Simple clock setting. Choose Fahrenheit vs Celsius. Digital selection for # of cups desired. Programmable to wake up to your coffee already made OR set it up to your phone. Built in screen filter. Perfect if you need to coffee super strong or very light; it has options

Save your money!

Looks nice, great esthetic but doesn’t keep coffee hot. Always have to use the microwave to warm up my coffee again. You can get a better coffee maker for half the price. Skip on this one.

We are happy to provide guidance with this coffee maker. The warming plate on this appliance will stay on for 2 hours after the brew cycle ends. “Hot” will illuminate on the screen to indicate that the warming plate is still hot. Once the 2 hours has passed, the warming plate will turn off.

Best coffee pot I’ve ever bought

Very good coffee pot the coffee stays hot for a very long time. I’m a Dunkin’ Donuts fan and the coffee never tasted the same at home and it does now taste like when you go to the store. I love the look of it. I have café appliances and it looks well in my kitchen.
