Great but could use some improvements

Convenient. Wifi capabilities are the primary reason I ordered this machine. The design is sleek. I do wish there was a warming plate. Although the thermal carafe keeps the coffee warm. It doesn't stay warm more than a couple hours.

Could not believe the coffee maker could have such a big impact on the taste of the coffee! Way better than my previous coffee maker. Easy to use and does exactly what it says it does in terms of brewing great coffee.

It’s nice looking but it’s pretty standard coffee maker. Coffee could be hotter. Only three stars as it’s priced to high for an its’ overall brewing function.

I love my Cafe’ coffee maker. I brew in the Gold setting and the coffee have been perfect for me. I have the metal craft and the coffee stays hot. I have the white Cafe’ and it is beautiful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks very sleek. Aesthetically pleasing. Makes weak coffee even on bold setting. Coffee not hot enough even at 205 degree setting. Thermal does not keep coffee hot.

We want to help out with the brew not coming out as hot. We suggest making sure the strength option is set to "Gold". This will brew your coffee with the optimal parameters. attractive, fast brew, prefer hotter ,white cord

I love the aesthetic of the white coffee pot, but hate the black cord! Make it white! Also, I wish there was a way to keep the coffee hot after brewing. I believe that feature is only available with the glass carafe with hot plate.. the white solid pot does not have a “hot plate” function.. I wish it was hotter. Overall, we love the ability to pair to our phone. It’s super fast! We like it… would prefer white cord and hot plate or keep war, feature on our pot.
I would recommend this to a friend!
