Awesome Pick for a Premium Coffee Maker

Overall, I'm very pleased with this coffee maker. It makes a great tasting cup, it's easy to clean, and it's easy to use. If I had one complaint, it's the smart home software - the notifications are not as timely as I'd want them to be.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it! Coffee is nice and hot and delicious. And it looks great on my counter!
One downside -- the window on the reservoir fogs up between uses from evaporation of any water that might be left behind after brewing. :(

Very nice product with minor issues

Works very well. Only downside is that it is messy in some ways. Water tends to drip and leak from the basket area when moving things around more than other products I’ve had. This is a minor issue though for an otherwise great product.

Handle and carafe chipping...looks old.

I love how quickly this brewer works, the heat of the coffee, and the taste, but after a year and a half, the handle, the lower part of the coffee filter sections, and the back side of the carafe are all chipping so it doesn't look nice on the counter anymore. It looks old and used. I would expect more from a coffee maker at this price point.
I also wouldn't have purchased if I knew that the water reservoir isn't BPA-free. I think the company's response below skirts the issue, and is borderline evasive. If it has BPA, just say it--don't make us have to search on the FDA website.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Look, Great Coffee!!

I have had the one with the glass pot for over a year and we love it. Unfortunately, I broke my glass pot and because they are on back order until the end of June I purchased the one with the carafe. WE LOVE IT MORE!!! The coffee stays hot for hours, no lie. I make a pot at 5:30am and it’s still hot at 10:30am. I’m going to bring the other one to the lake when the pits come in. Yes I said pot(s) I ordered 2 LOL

Coffee tastes great!

I love the look of this coffee maker. But even better, I love the way my coffee tastes. It fully saturates the grounds with water at the temperature of your choosing, or you can use the suggested gold setting. It comes with a thermal carafe that kept coffee warm for hours. You can make anywhere from 2 to 10 cups. It is programmable with an app, so you can have coffee ready in the morning. And a cool thing I have discovered, is that if you lose power, once power is restored, the clock resets itself. Doesn’t impact the taste of the coffee, but is a little perk.
