Brews Algae more than coffee

Complete garbage! The water reservoir doesn’t come off to clean it so now it’s growing algae. Disgusted. Also, there is a glitch that makes it hard to select the right amount of pots.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost great

Brews great coffee. Solid quality brewing. The only annoying problem is when serving coffee from the thermal carafe, always drips one drop of coffee. Please improve design to avoid drippings as it is the only defect and this bothers enough so to think twice about repeating purchase.

Love it and hope it lasts longer

We purchased this coffee maker again even though our old one (15months) died on us. The heating element stopped working and no one would stand by their product because it was past a year. We purchased it again because it makes great coffee and can be ready when you come downstairs at a push of a button! We just love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The coffee has good flavor and body. I think the brew cycle is too short, as grounds often overflow into the pot. The finishes are also average at best. I've gone through a few carafes, as the finish peels off on the leading edge. I've also had the the copper finish on the base of the cone peel off and end up in my coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty to look at and that's it.

I bought this coffee machine when my cuisinart finally gave out on me. My cuisinart was able to make 14 cups and reheat remaining coffee. This coffee machine is very pretty to look at and looks nice on my counter but it doesn't have the option to warm up coffee and I am tempted to give it away to a friend. I work from home and always looking to have more coffee but find myself needing to reheat the coffee and I do not have a microwave. I don't think it's worth the price point.
