Wonderful Coffee Maker

My initial thoughts on this coffee maker...
-it's absolutely beautiful on my counter
-it was easy to set up
-it has all the features I was looking for (thermal carafe, auto program)
-it makes a nice tasting cup of coffee

Sleek Design Amazing Taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This drip coffee machine is one of a kind. I am amazed at how far coffee makers have come and now they're smart! I love the design and the look on my counter top and have had a few compliments from friends. This machine creates delicious gold strength coffee simply by talking to Alexa as I get out of bed and it's ready before I stumble into the kitchen. It's my new favorite appliance in the house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally thought I would get the stainless steel machine, because we have a small coffee area that is decked out in stainless steel. However, I got the matte black machine and I am so happy we did. It is gorgeous and modern looking and the copper accents complement our other appliances nicely. I also love that the matte black does not show coffee stains so that’s an added bonus. Unboxing this coffee maker was also an unexpected treat. I know that might sound silly, but the box unfolds in half to reveal your coffee maker and actually adds a bit of excitement to getting it set up and makes it very simple to get out of the box. You can tell that they put thought and care into the complete experience in purchasing this coffee maker.
As for the coffee, it was delicious. Plus, the machine is very quiet while it’s brewing. The water reservoir has a small insert for a charcoal filter which I think makes a large difference in the taste of the coffee. Also, it has a shower head and a cone shaped basket. This means the water is evenly distributed and filters down through all the grounds to give you a full flavor. I have not seen this in other drip coffee makers and I think that it really helps.
You can also choose a brew strength style of Gold (my preferred), Light, Medium, and Bold. You can change the temperature (185°-205° F) on all these strength styles with the exception of the Gold that brews for optimum taste. It allows anywhere from 1-10 cups, and provides a scoop for measuring your coffee. I love this, because I’ve always just eyeballed the amount of coffee and don’t always get it right. It has an auto brew option but is also WiFi enabled so every convenience you could want is there. There really are only two things that I am not a fan of with this machine, and it’s that the water tank is fixed and cannot be removed, so that makes refilling slightly annoying. We brew a full 10 cups each morning, so our solution is to fill the carafe after washing and fill the reservoir using that since it’s the full 10 cups. The other item I think could have been designed better was the carafe. The pour can be slightly messy as you have to tip it quite a bit, and if it’s full the angle you have to pour results in spills out of the top at 10 cups. There’s almost an art you have to learn to pour just right. Those are very small things considering how elegant it looks and the quality of the coffee it brews.
Overall, it makes a fantastic cup of coffee and looks beautiful in the kitchen. I’d recommend it for any coffee lover.

Awesome Coffee pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great coffee pot. I love that you can fix one cup or a full pot! The base never gets hot which I think is a great safety feature especially if you have little ones who like to put their hands on the counter like mine do! Coffee stays hot in the carafe for a while! I went and filled a cup up 6 hours after it was brewed and it was still fairly warm. The Wi-Fi feature is cool especially if you are techy. The clock is probably the only thing I think would be something needing work on. It can look a little wonky with some of the numbers but in all honesty I don't use my coffee pot for the clock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this coffee pot! We are daily coffee drinkers and this pot is the best I’ve ever had. When you open the box which opens to each side to allow the coffee pot to lift out easily, you know this is a quality item. The metal carafe is gorgeous and keeps coffee hot for a long time! My husband poured a cup of coffee over an hour I made the pot and it was still piping hot. It is also lovely that you can adjust the heat to your liking. Since there is Not a heating element under the pot, the coffee stays fresh and not burned. You can easily make a small or large pot. The preset function is also easy to use. I can’t say enough about this coffee pot!

This is the machine that offers SCA standard coffee, and has a larger basket and tank to yield 10 cups.
Coffee tastes great and has a rich flavor. The controls are pleasantly intuitive. It makes the hottest coffee of any machine I've ever had, by far.
There are lots of settings to play with and lots of experimentation is required to get your perfect ideal brew, with a highly customizable unit like this. I always go in for the 'strong' option, even though I am still in the experimentation mode.
The coffee pours nicely and doesn't drip when you pour out from it.
I like that it is Wi-Fi enabled and has voice to brew capabilities, connected through the SmartHQ app and compatible with Alexa and Google Home.

So easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looks so fabulous sitting on my counter. Usually I try to hide my appliances, but this looks upscale and sleek! Anything that is a smart appliance I want it, this has built in wifi allowing me to control it from anywhere. I know you can set a timer, but on weekends who knows what time I can waking up. From my bedroom I use the app and can start the coffee without getting out bed just yet! The flavor is spot on, I wasn't aware the difference a SCA certified coffee machine is. But the coffee never has that burnt taste and is very smooth. So happy with my new coffee maker I can't wait for the colder months to start rolling in!
