This is the absolute best coffee maker I have ever had. I have frequently told my husband how I wanted a coffee maker hooked up to my wifi and this is it! The second I wake up I am able to make fresh coffee. Love it!

This coffee pot looks terrific and operates easily. It is an easy clean surface and most importantly, it makes a great cup of coffee. The SmartHQ app works flawlessly in setting a schedule for timed brews. What would move this from 4-stars to 5 for us is a lit indicator of some kind that lets you know a timer is set. While I am sure it is assumed you would look at your phone for that (or whatever you use the SmartHQ app on), a quick glance light would be helpful to alert if you’ve actually set a timer or not. However, it’s a really good device that is worth the investment!

I received this Coffee maker as a gift. Very sleek looking, very high tech, but most importantly, it brews a great cup of coffee.

Looks pretty and coffee tastes good but

The coffee maker looks great on the counter and that’s really about it. For the price I thought there’d be less plastic but everything is plastic like my cheap coffee maker. The coffee tastes as good but not better than my last cheap coffee maker. Those were the pros. Now for the cons— the placement of the water tank is awkward because it’s on the left side. I’m left handed so it’s ok for me but not my right-handed husband. The worst part of all is that the coffee doesn’t stay hot in the carafe! I’m hoping it’s some sort of user error on our peer because I want to keep it but this is a deal breaker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great tasting coffee!

We have had this coffee maker for a few weeks and are very pleased with the functionality and great coffee flavor. We like our coffee strong and this fits the bill. Taste like ole time drip pot coffee without standing over the stove waiting for water to boil.
