I purchased this item because of how it looks and it matched my renovated kitchen. After using for several weeks, I love the functionality and quality of the coffee. You will not sacrifice quality for style.

Add H2O issue

We bought this coffee maker today. Followed the set up instructions. Filled the reservoir with water with the max of 10 cups. Attempted to brew 5 cups. Immediately gave us the "Add H2O" message followed by "Err3." The coffee pot is in place, the water is full. We have unplugged and reset the machine but still get the same results.

Hello- Thank you for taking the time to share your review and feedback. We are so sorry to hear about this issue with your coffee maker as we know this must be very frustrating. If "Add H20" is displayed during a brew:
If the brewer runs out of water prior to reaching the desired cup amount set at the beginning of the cycle, this message will be displayed. Add more water to complete the cycle, or the message will go away after two minutes.
In your case, since the reservoir was already filled with water please disconnect power to the coffee maker for at least 5 minutes if you haven't already done so for that long. This will reset the electronic components of the coffee maker and hopefully restore normal functioning to the unit. If you continue to have concerns with your Cafe coffee maker and it still under warranty, get more information on how to return your product here:

Chic & Quality!

Not only does this coffee machine look ultra luxurious, it makes amazing tasting coffee with the ability to start the machine from my phone, as well as set the temperature and amount brewed. Love a tech savvy machine.
Also customer service is great. I had an issue with it not heating up properly and I was sent a new one within a week.

Fancy coffee maker, fabulous coffee.

Following the directions and using the scoop to make coffee, it uses twice as much coffee. BUT, when you taste the coffee, you understand why. Best.Cup.Of.Coffee.Ever. I have been using the gold setting, I will lessen the amount of grinds used (caffeine level really high) to see if I can retain flavor with a little less coffee. I remodeled my kitchen late spring 2019 all Café appliances to this is a nice addition. So far no problems, no messes, coffee is hot and delicious. My only complaint is the short length of the cord, severely limited where we could put it. It only first in a corner, the non-control panel side against the wall. I pivot the pot so it looks nice.

Stunning - but slightly impractical.

This coffee pot is absolutely beautiful. We purchased it because it matched all of the new appliances in our remodeled kitchen. If it’s in well, it’s quiet, the coffee is delicious. However, day today it requires more work than a traditional department store coffee maker. It’s not easy to clean because you have to open it up by unscrewing the top (this is an extra step for my fliptop coffee maker) and then scrub the inside. The parts that are steel but not stainless steel quickly stained as well.Also the amount of condensation that buildup inside of the brewing section but it’s really surprising to me. Every day when you have to refill it it will drip into the bottom of the plate when the pot is removed and it requires additional cleaning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well worth the money! Purchased it about 3 weeks ago and have never loved making coffee more. It’s easy to fill and to program. It has a descaling feature which is convenient. I love that the pot is insulated and it is not hot if you touch it. It’s super stylish and comfortable to pour. Love it!

The Prettiest Coffee Maker There Ever Was

We’ve been on the hunt for a drip coffee maker I’d actually enjoy sitting on our counter tops FOR YEARS. One Instagram story & I was in love with the matte white CAFÉ option. We’ve had ours for a couple weeks and can say it’s not only beautiful but makes an amazing cup of coffee. Super easy programming setup, coffee stays warm in the carafe and can make 12 cups of coffee in less than a few minutes time. Looking forward to adding more CAFÉ appliances to our kitchen!
