Very happy with our purchase -- brews coffee faster and with darker bolder taste (on Bold setting) than prior maker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not with the cost

I’m not sure what the cup size is supposed to be but I have to put in on three cups just to get about one cup. Then after I put some milk in my coffee I have to put it in my microwave to heat it up so it’s warm. I have it set on the highest temp. So I guess that’s it looks nice is the only plus I can give it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The coffee maker does not have a keep warm heater for the carafe. The thermal carafe retains the heat of the coffee for a minimum of 1 hour after brewing. Not as good as it looks

I bought this a month ago because I love the design and I have the matching appliances; unfortunately the functionality is not as great. Coffee doesn’t stay hot in thermos. The white gets stained quickly, hard to upkeep. If you are buying for looks, it’s great, if you are buying for good coffee all day long, not so much :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that you are having an issue with keeping it clean. We recommend cleaning the outside of the coffee maker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use paper towels or abrasive cloths and cleaners as they may scratch the finish.

NOT MATTE BLACK!!!

It’s a beautiful coffeemaker... but if you’re looking for a true black matte, this isn’t it!! It’s a dark gray/gunmetal color. Haven’t decided if I’ll keep it or not, but just thought it would be good for someone to show it’s true color.

Really good coffee

I have been using a Keurig for years. The taste of a brew of coffee from this machine is amazing and so much better. The only issue I have is I can’t seem to get it to work with Alexa. I don’t see it as a device in Alexis. Otherwise- I’d give it 5 stars.

Cafe Luxurious Coffee Maker

We just completed our new kitchen and were ecstatic to find that GE created small appliances that match our major appliances perfectly!This coffee maker brews exceptional coffee, not too strong or weak and the carafe maintains a perfect temperature! It’s easy to program and we also love having the ability to start the machine from a phone via Wi-Fi. We hope that GE will make other matching small appliances such as a toaster oven. It looks elegant on our counter and complements our GE Cafe Kitchen!

No warming plate and auto brew never works.

The auto brew on our machine works about 1 out of 5 times we set it and never through the app. Read the instructions numerous times so definitely not user error. Also there’s no warming plate and they say the carafe will keep the coffee warm for 1-2 hours. If it gets close to an hour in there it’s like warm at best.

Classy Coffee Maker

I have this coffee maker for less than a month and so far I have no complaints. It does what it's supposed to do, plus the wifi features. I have mine in white and it blends in with the rest of my kitchen countertop. I'm planning to add the matching toaster soon.
