It was a gift from our children for Christmas. It makes the best coffe and looks beautiful too. We also have the French door fridge that matches which we love too and bought first.
Yes it is pricy but we love coffee and also we’re tired of buying pods.

Beautiful Coffee Maker

I love it but it doesnt make the cups of coffee as it indicates. For example, I want to make 4 cups but when I pour, it only makes 1 cup!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello- We agree, this is a beautiful coffee maker. We are very sorry to hear you are having an issue with your coffee maker. The measuring scoop is designed for one level scoop of coffee per 4.5 ounces serving of coffee being brewed (4.5 ounces of water per serving is the common measurement for a regular cup of coffee). This is on page 10 in your manual.

Terrible product

First and foremost... the color “matte black” is a complete misrepresentation! The coffee maker came out of the box medium color grey. Not dark grey. But actual medium grey. There is only one photo out of 20+ on the website that shows its true color. It is not even close to black by any standards. (Surprised this wasn’t mentioned in all the low star reviews)
However, the following 2 items were mentioned enough times for the manufacturers to consider making some changes (one would think?)...
The coffee comes out nearly cold on the hottest setting.. LOL!
AND... one cup gave us barely 1/4 of a regular coffee mug.
Will be returning. SO disappointing for the price and the brand, especially considering that all of our kitchen appliances are also Cafe.

Love the look

I’ve had this coffee maker for about two months, wanted a metal carafe so the coffee would stay warm, but I’m super disappointed that for the price I paid, it doesn’t. By the time I’m ready for a second cup, I have to put it in the microwave.

However, we can understand your frustration in regards to your second cup needing to be heated by your microwave. The coffee maker does not have a keep warm heater for the carafe. The thermal carafe retains the heat of the coffee for a minimum of 1 hour after brewing.
If you feel there is an issue with your new coffee maker, we recommend taking advantage of the warranty. Please review page 31 in your manual.

Great coffee maker

I bought this a month ago and am super happy with it, great adjustability with water temperatures and boldness settings. Overall best coffee make I have ever owned.

Makes great tasting coffee, my last maker was a Bonavita and there is no comparison, this makes the best coffee I have had from a home coffee maker by far.

I bought this coffee maker a few weeks ago and I am so glad that I did. It is truly a beautiful product and makes the best coffee. It is so easy to set up and use, I was making coffee within a few minutes. I plan on purchasing more Café Appliances.
