Again, I write a Cafe appliance review titled “well done”. Everything on this coffee maker is simple and thought out to the T. If I had to give any negative it would be that coffee can drip off the snout and down the carafe if you are not patient. (Coffee and patience don’t marry well in my opinion so it’s a personal issue; therefore, 5 Stars)!

disappointing

First of all this is a beautiful machine! It does disappoint in high altitudes. I cannot speak for low altitude. The coffee does not get hot, and does not stay hot in the decanter. I have tried warming it up first but it stays cold. The coffee tastes good but you can only make about 4 cups if that. Works for me because I brew it and pour immediately into the cup and since there is only me that is all I need. Forget about having a second cup. I put in water for 4 cups and get one and a half. It is pretty, matches my dishwasher and stove so I guess that is important. I would not recommend for a family or anyone who wants more than one cup of sort of hot coffee. High end coffee brewer that needs some work.

The coffee stays hot due to the vacuum seal thermal carafe. This is a beautiful coffee maker and we truly appreciate your purchase and your feedback. Top of the line coffee maker!!

Absolutely love this coffee maker. Matches the rest of my appliances perfect. The fact the coffee pot itself does not get hot is huge! Hopefully they'll make more small kitchen appliances!

Great all around coffee maker

I love the aesthetic of this coffee maker. It brews great coffee and the carafe keeps it hot. I love the WiFi feature from my phone. It’s been a perfect addition to my work from home setup.

Coffee not hot enough

It was great when new, but after only 6 months the coffee is not hot enough. Too bad.
