Excellent coffee maker, easy to use, reliable

Set up was easy out of the box. Most important it makes great coffee. We set it to the Gold setting and it produces a bold, hot pot of coffee. If you like your coffee less bold than there are easy settings for less intensity or lower temperatures.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful design

Have had the coffee pot for about 2 months and makes good coffee. We specifically bought it for the dimensions and fits great in the space needed. My only complaint is that they name is black-it is NOT black. Definitely dark matte gray

I had been stalking this coffee maker for over a year before I received it as a birthday gift. I absolutely love it! Not only is it the sexiest looking coffee maker ever, it's got brains, too. We love requesting "Alexa, start my coffee brewer" - and then walking downstairs to a fresh pot of coffee. We also like all of the options for type of brew... and number of cups.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great design, weak coffee?

Compared to my Oxo Brain, this is extremely well designed and a quality product. However, for some reason it produces much weaker coffee when compared to the Oxo. Both are SCA approved, so not sure the reason, perhaps the coffee does not stay in contact as long or the bloom cycle is different.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love to hear that you're, overall, pleased with your new coffeemaker! You can select the brew strength of your coffee by following these steps:
1. Push the Strength button. The strength options and Strength button will light up. The Strength options are Gold, Light, Medium, and Bold.
2. Rotate the Brew/Select knob to select the strength and push to select, or push the Strength button to confirm your selection. The outer ring of the Brew/Select knob will light up to confirm your selection when the knob or button is pushed.
Use LIGHT if you prefer a lower extraction of flavor; use MEDIUM for an optimum strength or if you routinely brew different cup sizes and temperatures; use BOLD if you prefer a higher extraction of flavor. If you don't have a preference, try using the Gold setting first. This setting provides the highest quality brew. You can always adjust your preferences later!

Great coffee every time

I recently purchased this coffee maker and I’m glad I did. The coffee is perfectly brewed and has heat control so the temperature is perfect every time. We’ll worth the money, you will not be disappointed.

Broke down after 8 months...

We loved this machine at first...it was amazing, made a great strong brew, loved the ease of use on it and not to mention its sleek look BUT we have had it only 8 months and it's broke. Trying to resolve the issue. So sad when you wake up needing a cup of coffee and your machine is broke (insert crying emoji).
