Coffee not hot

The coffee does not stay hot after brewing. Very disappointing.

Hello- We appreciate your purchase and can understand your frustration if your coffee isn't staying hot. There isn't a heater under the carafe. The coffee should stay hot due to the vacuum seal thermal carafe. The coffee maker does not have a keep warm heater for the carafe. The thermal carafe retains the heat of the coffee for a minimum of 1 hour after brewing. Excellent cup off coffee, beautiful design!

This coffee maker is gorgeous! It looks perfect in your kitchen and for sure an attention grabber! That’s not what makes this perfect though, the cup of coffee is perfect and the carafe holds the temperatures well. The smart feature makes it easy to brew a cup when you wake up from your bed so it’s ready when you get to the kitchen!

Beauty and function

We’ve had our eye on this coffee maker for a while and finally went for it. It’s a beautiful addition to our kitchen, and we love its simplicity. The brew options provide some customizability, and we can’t wait to add to the collection. Espresso maker is next!

Great coffee pot

What I like about this coffee pot is it's look, the fact that I can turn it on from my phone before I get out of bed, and how quickly it brews the coffee. What I have an issue with is, despite using the highest heat setting, it doesn't seem to make very hot coffee. I usually have to microwave it a little. I don't like scalding hot coffee by any means, but the highest setting seems to be just a tad more than warm, not hot at all.

Previously wrote a review on how much we liked the coffee maker (under the title "Beautiful aesthetics and even better coffee!"). We still do enjoy the machine; however, after just 2 months the carafe is starting to leak, which is quite disappointing. Not a significant amount, but enough to be concerning given how little time has passed.

I don’t need a fancy coffee pot. I want one to brew and pour efficiently and to keep the coffee warm once brewed. I’d also like it to be of reasonable size and somewhat stylish. I abandoned a recently purchased competitor’s model after wiping down the counters every time I filled the carafe and poured the coffee. I had to be wearing my reading glasses and using the flashlight on my phone to fill the pot with water and the flat spout still poured water, and then coffee, all over the place. It was $$$ too! I am so happy I took a chance on the Cafe coffee maker. My new Cafe coffee pot brews excellent coffee, fills and pours easily, stays nice and hot and looks great. The Bluetooth feature is an added bonus. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful but major design flaw

This really is a beautiful product and it makes a great cup of coffee but it’s missing a heater to keep the coffee warm. I’m not sure why this was left off this design but this coffee maker would be perfect if it had that. Unfortunately we returned ours because it’s not functional for our every day life. It’s disappointing because it’s a great product otherwise.
The caraf doesnt keep the coffee hot enough, long enough. A minimum of 1 hour just doesn't work. Please improve this design so we can come back to this coffee maker. Thanks.

Gorgeous and great coffee!

We have several Cafe matte white appliances on order and bought the coffee maker and toaster to match. While we are waiting for the appliances, the coffee maker is beautiful and so is the coffee it makes! Very happy so far!
