Keeps the coffee hot

It looks really good on the countertop and it keeps the coffee hot even if I set the timer for 7:15 and I don't get to it until after 8:00.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great tasting coffee…once you do your own research

A wonderful looking machine but extremely difficult to understand how to use it, even from someone who works at a coffee shop…
The water reservoir has cup and ounce markings (manual states their “cup” is 4.5oz). Yet after using multiple measuring cups and even weighing water, using TWO different Cafe coffee makers, I’ve learned the markings are off by 2-3oz… completely boggled as to why. So they’re effectively useless.
Then there’s the SCA Gold brew. I own another SCA machine and it comes with a handy chart of various grounds:water ratios. GE states the SCA ratio is 1 scoop to 6oz (as opposed to their own 4.5oz water ratio). Yet no where does it state how you adjust the brew cup settings on the machine to account for the increase in water.. for instance the GE settings of 4.5oz of water (1 cup) aligns to the number of cups settings (between 1-10). So 10 cups = 45Oz water…. Yet the SCA would be 10 cups = 60oz water…. There’s no way to set the machine higher than 10 GE cups (45Oz)….
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
