Love this coffee maker!

We love this coffee maker so much! It is so easy to use, holds 10 cups easily and has a sleek modern design. It delivers on all fronts with programmable and adjustable temperature settings in short order. Would recommend it to anyone who loves good coffee.

Beautiful but not hot enough

It is beautiful to look at but the one thing that I dislike is that it does not keep the coffee hot enough.

Thanks for the review! Happy to hear that this coffeemaker is looking great in your kitchen! If you're finding that your coffee isn't hot enough, take a look at the following information to see if it helps:
-Not heating, taking too long to heat, or coffee is not brewing:
1. Check that the software is up-to-date through the SmartHQ™ app.
2. Unplug the coffee maker briefly and plug it back in.
-Coffee not hot enough, doesn't match the Temperature setting:
1. The temperature setting is based on the temperature of the water when they contact the coffee grounds. The temperature will be lower in the carafe at the end of the brew. Because of this, checking the temperature with a thermometer is not an accurate way to verify temperature.
If you continue to have issues with your coffeemaker, we'd recommend taking advantage of your warranty as seen on page 16 of your Use and Care manual, here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-9000019-1.pdf&_ga=2.201654801.1662862199.1641847941-1103543113.1640902268

Color not as described

It’s quite a pricey coffee maker and whether or not it’s worth money I’m not sure. It works great though and is user friendly. I got the matte black color which looks very pretty in the pictures, but in reality it’s more like a charcoal gray. It’s pretty still I just would have preferred it to look more like the pictures
