I have quite a few cafe appliances and I bought the stainless steel coffee coffee maker and all the gold is peeling off very dissatisfied with the product and would like to have it replaced. Let’s see if you take care of it. So I can keep up my good word about cafe.

The Mess is Disappointing

I love the look as well as the reusable filter. I’d rather use something like this than a chem-ex pour-over, but that’s just my preference. I don’t know how to avoid the big mess it causes, however, even when just making 4 cups. When I add less ground coffee, it’s not strong enough. It’s a total pain.

Would not buy again

We Moved into our brand new home and I had to have all new appliances. Purchased the drip coffee pot with thermal carafe and it is a mess all of the time. The carafe never pours without making a mess, it always drips all over the counter top and collects under the pot. If the carafe isn't lined up just right, I wake up to the entire pot on the counter. The wifi feature is awesome but overall very disappointing. Would not buy again.

If the cap is on the carafe backwards, dripping or leaking will occur. There is an arrow molded on the top of the lid and it should be facing toward the spout. Please check to make sure the cap is on correctly.

Love the look

Love the look and features. However the finish is already coming off on the machine itself and pitcher. That is the reason for the lost star.
