Fantastic coffee but NO support

This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. The quality of the coffee is fantastic, but after cleaning an error code 4 appeared with beeping. The manual said to go to the website, but he website gives you literally NO information. It's infuriating. I googled the problem and found it needed a 30 sec. reset, did this and it did not work. Last resort was a email to the company. Stay tuned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This Cafe coffee maker is aesthetically pleasing and very beautiful on my countertop. It is also a fantastic coffee maker. Temperature control. Timer and easy clean up. I would purchase this again and again.

I love this coffee maker and it looks beautiful but I find that putting the top on the pot could be easier and pouring out the last few ounces is difficult. Just a small design issue is why I did not give it 5 stars.

Beauty and the handle

We purchased our Coffee maker just over two years ago and was so excited about it we purchased one for each of our kids that Christmas. We all love them! One had an issue early on which was easily resolved when café sent a new coffee maker out to them. In the past few months we’ve noticed that our handle looks like it’s melting or, maybe growing some thing. We never put it in the dishwasher or use harsh chemicals on it so we’re really baffled as to why this is happening or what it is. It’s purely cosmetic the coffee maker works beautifully! It makes hot hot coffee and is easy to clean. We would like to know what to do about our handle.

I love my coffee maker. It’s just beautiful. But that’s just what meets the eye. It is also user friendly, quiet and makes a mean pot of coffee. Pure quality in this appliance.

Love the speed of brew and the quality is fantastic. Looks great on our counter. It would be a 5 if the app was easier to connect. Lost connection after set up and now having difficulty connecting.

Solid product needs some improvements

It looks beautiful in my kitchen, however it is not user friendly. Why do you have to select home many cups of coffee each time you are brewing a pot? Most coffeemakers stop brewing when the desired amount of water is used up.
