The coffee maker is gorgeous and just as pictured. The instruction manual left a TON to be desired. I shouldn't have to try to find youtube videos to figure out what app to download and if I can remove the water reservoir to clean it prior to usage. These instructions were clearly not written by anyone over the age of 24 or ran by anyone in a focus group. That being said, once you have it set up it's great. I would say, I love the look of the thermal canister and the fact that it won't shatter, however it's definitely not kept as hot as a traditional glass pot with a burner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not happy it drips all over when pulling the pot out . Inexpensive coffee makers have this feature and this one is Bluetooth but coffee spells all over .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please ensure the cap is not on backwards as this will cause dripping or leaking. The arrow on the cap to the carafe should be facing toward the spout.

No complaints here! After a month, this machine has produced the best coffee we’ve made at home. It’s easy to setup and use. We love it!

This coffee maker is not only beautiful and matches my other Cafe appliances exactly, but it brews delicious coffee! I love the wifi feature and the fact that I can set the coffee maker from the app on my phone. I would definitely recommend this coffee maker

I absolutely LOVE that the only thing that is hot, is the coffee.. What am amazing idea. The sealed top to the coffee pot / thermos helps prevent major spills (and burns).

It is a gorgeous statement piece in my kitchen. I’m still exploring the different brew settings but overall I’m happy with the taste of the coffee. It does not brew hot enough for my personal taste.
