Not able to set up with my iPhone

Not a good purchase, I tried to set up this camera with my iPhone 11. It would not pair with my phone, kept saying that my wifi was not working(my wifi is perfectly fine). I called Ring support and they told me it was a glitch with all iPhone 11’s. They said they would contact me with more information within a week. I never heard from them. I finally called back after a week, and they told me the problem is not fixed, so I said I would return it to BestBuy. I will be looking for a different brand security camera now. I do not recommend this product.

No mount stick

The camera does not come with the mount stick. It is very difficult to get the real coverage without using the mount stick. I had to buy the separate mount stick before the area I want covered could be done.
I am really disappointed that Ring didn’t put the mount stick in the package.

Works really well with my Ring door bell cam and my Ring spot light cam.

The product itself, great.
Thank you for mentioning purchasing a second battery.
However the instructional video that is posted here is a mere 9 min in length and I fell asleep 3 times watching it.
Watching it felt like I was attending a meeting that should have been an email.

Ring Indoor Cameras

Bought two battery operated cameras. Easy to activate. No problem integrating the cameras into my existing Ring system. Clear picture of the placement rooms. Inconspicuous when established. Seems to be a good purchase.
