Entering my second year as a user. Could not ask for a better scanner! Rough and rugged however extremely user friendly. Enjoys software updates and product information. It is true, service after the sell.

Extremely easy installation and setup

I JUST set up this scanner, but have not yet scanned anything. I received a prompt to review the product immediately after setting it up and installing the software, which was amazingly easy to do. I am hopeful this product will provide years of quality service with minimal issues of concern.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible terrible software. Product great in the beginning

When I first got this scanner I couldn’t believe how
fast and easy it scanned my docs. When my iMac
upgraded to OS 11.1 that was the beginning of a
nightmare. Epson has to keep up with the software on
Mac. Otherwise, NO-ONE should buy this product.
