So far I have not been able to get a clear sharp image of my documents. They are very soft and faded. I am trying to fix now.

I did not wanted to keep all that amount of papers any more, now I am able to scan everything and shred all the papers, work fast, super easy to set up and very easy to create folders for everything I am scanning

I'm pretty loyal to Epson products when it comes to printing and scanning. I could not be happier with this wonderful scanner. I have used it frequently while trying to refi my home. I was using a scanning app, awful! My printer scans, but not multiple pages. This item was so easy to set up and is very compact. Love it!

I loved this scanner at first. But after a while the program disappeared and I had to keep reloading it. Very frustrating. As a scanner it is great and fast but it still has a bug in it.

Small, Fast, and Accurate!

I found a good deal on this scanner when I needed to scan 1,000 pages and absolutely would not even try it with my flatbed scanner one page at a time. I unboxed this DS-410 and had it scanning pages in minutes. The software is easy to use and the quality of scans is fantastic. I'm mesmerized just sitting here watching paper shoot through it like it's nothing.

Poor quality scans

I bought this scanner and returned it within a week. Price was fair and Scanning is fast but the quality was so poor I could not use it for documents. I changed the settings several times and could still got a poor quality scan

Having Problem with Scanning

I think I will need to return this Scanner and claim a refund. I am unable to scan documents. The scanner was working fine for 1 month, and suddenly it stopped scanning. I don't like this scanner. I think it is a useless product.
