[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Black and Decker Elite Pro-Series Steam Iron has a diamond infused soleplate which is a proprietary technology that conditions fabric to defend against wrinkles and static. This iron features a powerful 1700 watts and an auto shut-off feature. I love how modern and sleek the overall design is, it looks fantastic! It has an extra long 10 ft cord and 6 preset temperature settings. It heats up super quickly and even softens fabric, It also features a no drip water reservoir and steam settings which makes steaming your clothes a breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Elite Pro-Series Steam Iron, in Navy works wonderfully. It does not drop water and has the perfect steam. It is lighter than my old iron and I love how stylish it looks. It irons the wrinkles out of my clothes with no issues. Very easy to use.

Great working iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this iron. I used it on my husband's polo work shirts. It glided really easy along the shirts. I love the extra long cord. The settings are easy to understand without having to read the instructions. Also it didn't drip like other irons that I've owned.

I have tried numerous irons - I always find one thing that I don’t like. This iron makes me want to iron everything! Heats up very fast. Even heat distribution. Steam that actually works like it should! Cord does not get tangled. Great iron!

I've always normally used Black and Decker for almost all my household needs, but this is fantastic. It's not only very eye-pleasing but very useful. It's very sleek despite the bold shape. I thought it was going to be very hefty to lop around and use, but it's really not bad. It heats up very fast and is very smooth to use. I would definitely recommend getting this iron. This thing comes with 10 feet of very useful cord. Who doesn't love a lengthy cord for the big and tall guys out there? It also has six preset temps already programmed for ease of use. It also utilizes a spray mist and shoots bursts of steam. The best part though is the 3-way auto-shutoff. For safety reasons.

This is truly a Professional iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of manufacturers use the words “elite” or the word “professional” in the title of their product but it is just a marketing ploy. That is not the case with this iron. You might not Expect Black & Decker to make a Premium Product like this but this is absolutely an impressive iron. In the last 20 or so years I have owned several irons all of which claim to have professional features or a iron plate that is made out of some material that is supposed to be better than the traditional material. I can say that I was blown away by this iron. The heat plate is very even with its temperature and is resistant to burning and sticking. The iron works very smoothly and its controls are very intelligently placed on the iron. Not only is it super agronomic, but my ironing tasks are simpler and quicker. I would say that the efficiency of this iron has cut at least 25% of my ironing time down. I was also impressed with the cord length which is considerably longer than many irons. I always wondered why irons come with such a short cord and find that if I walk around the ironing board with the iron my cord is short, but this cord is not cheap and distance

Great Iron!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old iron was needing a replacement so I picked this one up. I was surprised it does so well. The iron heats up quickly to high setting. The water setting works better that expected. I’m able to finish laundry much quicker now.
