Gets the Job Done, But a Bit Clunky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Black and Decker Elite Pro-Series Steam Iron for a few weeks now, and overall it performs well. It heats up quickly, steams efficiently, and definitely gets the wrinkles out with no problem. However, the design feels a bit bulky and clunky in the hand, especially during longer ironing sessions. It’s not the most ergonomic, but it’s powerful and reliable. Great for the price, just wish it was a bit sleeker to handle!

Pretty and does the job!

Having not purchased a new iron in probably 10+ years, I kind of expected there to be more advancements in tech or design, but this is arguably functionally the same as my old iron, just newer and prettier. From the name, I had expected it to double as a steamer and perhaps replace 2 of my older appliances, but it DOES NOT do that. You can use the steam function while holding it vertically, but it absolutely could not replace my handheld steamer. All that said, if you’re in the market for a new iron (and iron only), this seems like a great choice!

Works well but settings dial poorly designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This iron works very well. It heats up super quickly and I like the fine tip for getting into corners on my clothes. My biggest complaint with this though is that the setting dial is too sensitive and located in a bad place. I kept changing it accidentally every time I'd go to pick up the iron. I couldn't get the steam burst to consistently work either
