Not too heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with this iron. It is not too heavy for me to use. I use it on the weekends to get my clothes straight for the week. I am happy with the color, texture, and design. It is not too heavy. I have also used it to teach my kids how to iron their clothes instead of using the dryer to get wrinkles out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great and I love how easily it steams my curtains and clothing. When using the steamer it does not soak the article you are using it on like other steamers I have used. Super easy and great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t believe I’m excited over an iron, but this iron surpasses my last iron in many ways and also has additional features I appreciate. This iron has a swivel cord of generous length with makes handling much easier. I like that the dial and steam settings clearly indicate what to use for each type of fabric. The best part of this iron is the spray mist trigger which helps with getting out the tougher wrinkles. Lastly I like the pointed more narrow tip which makes it easier to get in between the button areas. I highly recommend this iron.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS IRON IS PERFECT! MY PREVIOUS IRON WOULD LEAK WATER AND CREATE MORE ISSUES WHEN IRONING. THIS ONE IS PERFECTION. I HAVE USED SEVERAL TIMES AND HAD NO LEAKING OR SPILLING. I LIKE ALL OF THE SETTINGS THAT THIS IRON OFFERS.

Very Cool, I Mean Hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been fans of the Black and Decker Irons for a while. All of my college kids have one. I wanted to try another one and was intrigued by the Elite Pro Steam series. Initially, I was very impressed with the packaging and design. Instructions were easy to follow and accurate. I initially ironed a polyester shirt, a cotton shirt, and some cotton pants. The iron heated up quickly and was ready to go. The temperature settings were accurate. The steam button was very cool as it delivered a nice blast of steam to the garment. My only improvement would be the placement of the dial; I don't understand why it is under the handle. This makes it a little challenging to see. Overall, very cool design and great performance.

Great Iron!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old iron was needing a replacement so I picked this one up. I was surprised it does so well. The iron heats up quickly to high setting. The water setting works better that expected. I’m able to finish laundry much quicker now.

This is truly a Professional iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of manufacturers use the words “elite” or the word “professional” in the title of their product but it is just a marketing ploy. That is not the case with this iron. You might not Expect Black & Decker to make a Premium Product like this but this is absolutely an impressive iron. In the last 20 or so years I have owned several irons all of which claim to have professional features or a iron plate that is made out of some material that is supposed to be better than the traditional material. I can say that I was blown away by this iron. The heat plate is very even with its temperature and is resistant to burning and sticking. The iron works very smoothly and its controls are very intelligently placed on the iron. Not only is it super agronomic, but my ironing tasks are simpler and quicker. I would say that the efficiency of this iron has cut at least 25% of my ironing time down. I was also impressed with the cord length which is considerably longer than many irons. I always wondered why irons come with such a short cord and find that if I walk around the ironing board with the iron my cord is short, but this cord is not cheap and distance
