Easy to Use, cheap hose, not powerful for far away

This pressure washer is very easy to use, carry or wheel around, and has all the attachments able to be stored on the unit. I am disappointed in the hose quality. Upon first use, I noticed the hose was kinked because it is so thin and cheap plastic. The small pad where I am to rest the nozzle rod and spray handle also keeps falling off because the cheap plastic tab isn't seating properly. Other than those 2 disappointing things that I discovered out of the box, I am happy with the ease of use. I don't think there is enough power to clean things from a far distance (like the top of a 2 story house). But, for things that are close by (like a car or driveway), this little unit works pretty well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Plenty of power for home use

My old pressure washer got old and tired so I purchased this one as a replacement based on reviews I read online. I’m glad I researched different brands and chose this one. It has all the power needed for what I need to do at home, and it isn’t too bulky to move around or store in garage.

Compact and Efficient

The pressure washer was easy to assemble. It’s extremely compact and lightweight which is perfect for me. I purchased the item for small jobs and so far it has been great. I’d invest in a more expensive version for commercial or heavy duty jobs. This model fits my needs!

Power washer was easy to assemble and even easier to use. My first power wash was on my extremely dirty driveway. The power washer performed flawlessly and cleaned the dirt off the driveway.

ePX3500 performance

I've been using this power washer for a year and it has lived up to my expectations. I use it on many surfaces (e.g. siding, concrete, wood, vinyl, car, bike) and it cleans the debris away like butter. When I received it, I didn't know it would be so compact because my old washer was so big and cumbersome. This washer is small and lightweight and makes my task so much easier. Since purchasing, I have lent it out to several people. I would recommend it easily.

Compact electric pressure washer

While I have not yet used this pressure washer extensively, it seems to work well for the tasks I have. The unit is compact enough to store easily when not in use. Unfortunately, the bottom part of the plastic holster for the gun, lance and turbo nozzle has fallen off more than once when I place items in it.
