Washer works great but can't get soap to dispense

Washer works great but can't get soap to dispense. I tried everything I could find online to see what I am doing wrong. I give up and will file a warranty claim. Also one of the attachments that you slide into the main body of the washer during original assembly keeps falling off. If we can get the soap issue fixed, I would give it 5 stars.

Fantastic for Concrete and Decks - The ePX3500 Del

I bought the ePX3500 specifically to tackle my concrete backyard patio and also to clean my wooden deck above it. Let me tell you, this pressure washer is a workhorse! My concrete patio was covered in years of dirt, stains, and general outdoor grime. The ePX3500 powered through it all, leaving the concrete looking incredibly clean – almost like it was freshly poured. I was genuinely surprised at the difference.
Up on the deck, it was equally impressive. It removed all the algae and mildew that had accumulated over the seasons, bringing the wood back to life. The pressure was strong enough for the concrete but felt controlled enough for the deck, without any worry of damaging the wood. Setup was simple and it's easy to maneuver. If you have concrete or decking to clean, the ePX3500 is definitely worth considering. Excellent value and performance!
