Received as a gift and was so excited to try it. Easy assembly with one extra part not listed. Love the 4 caster, just wish it was a bit taller. Tried it once and so far so good!

Excellent portable pressure washer that comes with a set of attachments for different pressures and has wheels for easy maneuverability.

I was washing my truck as I normally do when the pressure washer unexpectedly stopped working. The unit initially starts, but then immediately shuts off.
To troubleshoot the issue, I have:
* Verified that power is being supplied to the unit.
* Reset the GFCI/power adapter.
* Confirmed that the power adapter has a solid green indicator light.
* Confirmed that the water supply is turned on.
* Verified that all hoses and connections are secure.
* Reset the GFCI/power adapter.

Despite these checks, the unit immediately shuts off and does not pump or spray any water. After it shuts off, it will not restart when I turn the switch off and back on. I have been using this pressure washer approximately every other weekend without any previous issues. This problem occurred suddenly during normal operation. Working with support for a resolution

Pleasantly surprised

I was nervous to try electric versus my gas washer, but wanted something powerful enough to do the driveway and pool deck, yet be easier to set up and use. I was happy to find that this washer is very easy to set up, start a project, and put away. Light weight and portable with good power. Glad I got this for a quick, powerful, and easy option.
