I bought this power washer after fighting with a gas power washer for several years. So glad I made the change. So much easier to use. No pulling that cord anymore to get it cranked. I can stop and start it easily now. Has good power and easy to move around. Was missing a part when I received it but it was replaced easily with a simple phone call. Would definitely recommend.
