Used this power washer to clean our stamped cement patio and it cleaned off all the algae and mold. I was very impressed by it's power and very easy to use.

Light, compact, easy to handle

This product is light and compact. So, I will rate it as a good power to weight/size ratio. The 4 large, lockable casters absolutely prevent tipping, and when the wheels are unlocked, the machine rolls in any direction the work requires. The power cord neatly stows on the side of the washer. I am uncertain of the statement "MAX PSI = 2500". I had a well overdue cleaning of a large concrete patio which was a factor making this initial use a bit more time consuming than I had hoped. I will continue to test it for maximum pressure output to finish the job tomorrow.
