Parts in Fig 3 were labeled as A B etc. The figures to assemble did not use alphabet letter assigned to part number in fig. 3. Fortunately there were pictures to figure out part and where to put it.
Just unboxed the pressure washer. Looks like it will do a good job and I look forward to trying it. I was surprised that it came with only one nozzle, because the manuals “included parts” list shows the nozzles the company is calling a “bonus gift” in exchange for this review. The product photo online also shows the nozzles as part of the package. It looks like a really good product, which is why I bought it, but I’m not happy that I have to do extra work to “win” the nozzles your marketing materials implied were included in the box.

Hi,
Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. We've shared your feedback with our quality control team to help ensure all included components are consistently packaged with our pressure washers. The ePX3500 does come with five nozzles (0º, 15º, 25º, Turbo, and Soap), and we apologize if any were missing from your unit. At your earliest convenience, please contact us at westinghousevip@wpowereq.com, and we’ll be happy to send out the missing nozzles right away.
I hate that the plastic of the add on holders doesnt hold onto the chassis. Have to use tape or epoxy to keep them secure. But, the pressure washer does the job and what you need for around the house.
This is replacing a gas powered pressure washer. So far I'm happy with the size and weight of it now to see if it does the job. Small cleaning areas not a commercial job.
I just bought this pressure washer (ePX3500) and used it to clean the moss/dirt buildup on my flagstone patio. It performed very well; the water pressure was sufficient to easily clean the patio.
