Be careful, they don’t honor their warranty

Be careful with this company. The unit worked well until started leaking from the bottom. It was still under warranty, but they don’t honor the warranty. I called them, submitted proof of purchase and a video of the issue, the they told me that I didn’t winterized it. I live in Houston and the equipment is stored indoor so it has never been exposed to freezing temperatures. They will find any excuse not to honor their false warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this a couple weeks ago. Have not had much time to use it much yet because it’s been raining so much here. I was able to use it alittle and it worked well. Once I am able to use it more I think it will be good

Great power for the size

This is a nice unit, compact, lightweight and sufficiently powered for most household chores. The design could be improved with a telescopic handle and larger cord/handles to accomodate the size of the cord and hose.

Attachments weak in structure

Purchased a month ago and have not used the product, but the plastic holder that holds the handle will not hold the weight and is bending, will not hold it, would have to leave it on the ground.
I would recommend this to a friend!
