Broke in 5 minutes

The product worked well for about 5 minutes. Then, the high-pressure hose connecting the spray gun to the unit popped out of its fittings. Let's see how customer service handles this issue, and then I might adjust the review.`

It's light weight,has plenty of power for household use. Hose attachment is easily accessible and places for cord and hose storage.

Excellent Product for the Price!

Recently bought and happy I did. Previous power washer died on me after a few years and bought this to replace it. Like that it's got a little more power and seems to be a sturdier machine. Don't use it for anything crazy...just normal household use. Plenty of pressure for the jobs I need to complete.

Problems with unit on first try

I am hoping that this issue will be resolved by Customer service.
On my first use of the pressure washer on about the 3rd squeeze and release of the trigger it seems the unit sent a surge of pressure back to my hose silcock on the home and blew out the head off of the silcock.

Easy To Operate

I purchased July 2025 had owned a gas powered pressure washer in the past. I was concerned how an electric washer would compare with the gas. To my surprise the electric performed every bit as well as the gas without the hassle of having to mess around with the gas, oil and maintenance. The quick connect nozzles, the long length of the power cord and high pressure hose are a real plus making it easy to do a large area before having to move the unit. It is a nice unit for the money.

This power washer was exactly what we needed to clean our brick patio and concrete walkways as well as the siding on the house. Very pleased with purchase!
