I bought this about 3 weeks ago to clean mold of deck and railings and did a great job.
I had an electric power washer before and it worked like a hose. This is very powerful

This is so easy to use. It's lightweight and has wheels too! I was surprised how powerful it is with it being so small and electric. I can get it out and use it without my husband's help!

No tools required to assemble. Had to go by pictures as no directions came with the unit. But other then that no issues.
